Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by PItechPlus.

PItechPlus has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that PItechPlus shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

 

If you’re sending us a message via Contact Form (Great Idea, Career or Marketing), we’ll use your e-mail adress to send a confirmation e-mail via MailChimp, but your e-mail won’t be stored in our database.

 

After sending us your CV via the Contact Form, the HR department will screen it and decide with your the Community Manager if your abilities match our requirements or not.

 

If the answer is No, we will keep your resume in a database so we can contact you in the future if we have an available job that we you are right for. If you do not want your CV to be kept, send us an email at hr@pitechplus.com.

 

If the answer is Yes, we will use your phone number and e-mail address to contact and schedule an interview and also to communicate your final response. We keep the resume in physical format to discuss the details in the interview, and then attach it to the employee file. We also keep the resume in our electronic database.

 

Your personal data will only be used for recruitment purposes only. At any phase of the interview you can have access to your data and you can modify it, or you can ask us to delete it by sending us an email at hr@pitechplus.com

 

We also use cookies. Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make a user's experience more efficient.

Google Analytics:

Google Analytics supports three JavaScript libraries (tags) for measuring website usage: gtag.jsanalytics.js, and ga.js. The following sections describe how each use cookies.

 

The analytics.js JavaScript library is part of Universal Analytics and uses first-party cookies to:

  • Distinguish unique users
  • Throttle the request rate

 

gtag.js and analytics.js set the following cookies:

 

Cookie name: _ga

Expiration time: 2 years

Description: Used to distinguish users.

 

Cookie name: _gid

Expiration time: 2 years

Description: Used to distinguish users.

 

Cookie name: _gat

Expiration time: 1 minute

Description: Used to throttle request rate. If Google Analytics is deployed via Google Tag Manager, this cookie will be named _dc_gtm_<property-id>.

 

Cookie name: AMP_TOKEN

Expiration time: 30 seconds to 1 year

Description: Contains a token that can be used to retrieve a Client ID from AMP Client ID service. Other possible values indicate opt-out, inflight request or an error retrieving a Client ID from AMP Client ID service.

 

Cookie name: _gac_<property-id>

Expiration time: 90 days

Description: Contains campaign related information for the user. If you have linked your Google Analytics and AdWords accounts, AdWords website conversion tags will read this cookie unless you opt-out.

 

The ga.js JavaScript library uses first-party cookies to:

  • Determine which domain to measure
  • Distinguish unique users
  • Throttle the request rate
  • Remember the number and time of previous visits
  • Remember traffic source information
  • Determine the start and end of a session
  • Remember the value of visitor-level custom variables

 

This library sets the following cookies:

 Cookie name: __utma

Default Expiration Time: 2 years from set/update

Description:Used to distinguish users and sessions. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and no existing __utma cookies exists. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

 

 

 Cookie name: __utmt

Default Expiration Time: 10 minutes

Description: Used to throttle request rate.

 

 

 Cookie name: __utmb

Default Expiration Time: 30 mins from set/update

Description: Used to determine new sessions/visits. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and no existing __utmb cookies exists. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

 

 

 Cookie name: __utmc

Default Expiration Time: End of browser session

Description: Not used in ga.js. Set for interoperability with urchin.js. Historically, this cookie operated in conjunction with the __utmb cookie to determine whether the user was in a new session/visit.

 

 

 Cookie name: __utmz

Default Expiration Time: 6 months from set/update

Description:Stores the traffic source or campaign that explains how the user reached your site. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

 

 

 Cookie name: __utmv

Default Expiration Time: 2 years from set/update

Description:Used to store visitor-level custom variable data. This cookie is created when a developer uses the _setCustomVar method with a visitor level custom variable. This cookie was also used for the deprecated _setVar method. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.
