Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website.

Your access to and use of this website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this website.


By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pitech Plus.


Pitech Plus has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Pitech Plus shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.


PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION


Pitech Plus processes personal data in compliance with the requirements of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (”GDPR”).

Pitech Plus will process in secure conditions and only for the purposes specified herein personal data submitted by the users of this website.
If you’re sending us a message via Contact Form (Great Idea, Career or Marketing), we will collect several different types of personal information necessary to analyze and respond to your message. By sending the message via Contact form you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by Pitech in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


The Personal data information may include, but is not limited to:
 first name and last name
 nationality
 gender
 age
 e-mail address
 telephone number
 professional qualifications

We’ll use your e-mail address to send a confirmation e-mail via MailChimp, but your e-mail won’t be stored in our database unless you express your consent in consideration of the following.

If you are sending us a message via Contact form for recruitment purposes, after sending us your CV, the HR department will screen it and decide with the Community Manager if your abilities match our requirements or not.

Due to the large number of applications we receive, we might not always be able to reply to your application if you are not selected for the job. In this case, by checking this box you allow us to keep your resume in a database so we can contact you in the future if we have an available job that we think you are right for.


If the answer is Yes, we will use your phone number and e-mail address to contact and schedule an interview and also to communicate your final response. We print the resume in order to discuss the details in the interview. We also keep the resume in our electronic database.

Your personal data will be used for recruitment purposes only and will be stored by us for a maximum of 5 years after receiving your message. Upon expiration of this duration, we will request your consent for continuing to process the data, via e-mail. If you do not express your consent for continued processing within 7 (seven) days of receiving the e-mail in this respect, Pitech Plus will no longer process your data, which will be deleted from our database.

Security


Personal data security measures are set up to ensure an adequate level of security of processed personal data, as follows:
 Pitech Plus certifies that it meets the minimum personal data security requirements, the data being processed in a way that protects against unauthorized or illegal processing and against loss, destruction or accidental damage by taking technical or organizational measures corresponding to;
 Pitech Plus ensures the confidentiality, integrity and continued availability of processing systems and services;
 Pitech Plus uses security methods and technologies, along with policies applied to employees and work procedures, to protect personal data collected in accordance with applicable law;
 The internal organization and operation rules of Pitech Plus contain regulations on the confidentiality of personal data that are processed within the institution;
 Pitech Plus staff is trained in the security and confidentiality of the personal data being processed;
 Access to databases is only allowed for persons authorized to do so.

Your rights as a data subject
You have the rights to be informed about your personal data which is being processed by Pitech by sending an e-mail at hr@pitechplus.com.

The 2016/679/UE regulation grants you the following additional rights, as data subjects: 
 right of access to your personal data: you may request from us the categories of personal data
that are being processed, the purpose of the processing, the recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; the existence of an
automated decision-making, including profiling; 
 right to rectification: you have the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete personal data completed. We will communicate any such rectification to each recipient that has received inaccurate personal data, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort; 
 right to restriction of processing: you have the right to request restriction of processing where one of the following applies: if you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data; if the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; if we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; if you have objected to the processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override yours; 
 right to erasure: you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data if they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; if you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal ground for the processing; if you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; the personal data have been unlawfully processed; the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation; the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services; 
 right to data portability: you will have the right to obtain the transfer of the personal data to another controller if the processing is based on consent and if the processing is carried out by automated means; 
 right to object: you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, case in which your personal data will be erased; 
 right to oppose to being subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. 

All these rights may be exercised by sending us, in our capacity of controller, a request in this regard.  Should you consider that your rights have been breached, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or to address a Court.

Expiration time: 2 years
Description: Used to distinguish users.

Cookie name: _gid
Expiration time: 2 years
Description: Used to distinguish users.

Cookie name: _gat
Expiration time: 1 minute
Description: Used to throttle request rate. If Google Analytics is deployed via Google Tag Manager, this cookie will be named _dc_gtm_<property-id>.

Cookie name: AMP_TOKEN
Expiration time: 30 seconds to 1 year
Description: Contains a token that can be used to retrieve a Client ID from AMP Client ID service. Other possible values indicate opt-out, inflight request or an error retrieving a Client ID from AMP Client ID service.

Cookie name: _gac_<property-id>
Expiration time: 90 days
Description: Contains campaign related information for the user. If you have linked your Google
Analytics and AdWords accounts, AdWords website conversion tags will read this cookie unless you opt-out.

ga.js JavaScript library
uses first-party cookies to:
Determine which domain to measure
Distinguish unique users
Throttle the request rate
Remember the number and time of previous visits
Remember traffic source information
Determine the start and end of a session
Remember the value of visitor-level custom variables

This library sets the following cookies:

Cookie name: __utma
Default Expiration Time: 2 years from set/update
Description:Used to distinguish users and sessions. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and no existing __utma cookies exists. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

Cookie name: __utmt
Default Expiration Time: 10 minutes
Description: Used to throttle request rate.

Cookie name: __utmb
Default Expiration Time: 30 mins from set/update
Description: Used to determine new sessions/visits. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and no existing __utmb cookies exists. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

Cookie name: __utmc
Default Expiration Time: End of browser session
Description: Not used in ga.js. Set for interoperability with urchin.js. Historically, this cookie operated in conjunction with the __utmb cookie to determine whether the user was in a new session/visit.

Cookie name: __utmz
Default Expiration Time: 6 months from set/update
Description:Stores the traffic source or campaign that explains how the user reached your site. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

Cookie name: __utmv
Default Expiration Time: 2 years from set/update
Description:Used to store visitor-level custom variable data. This cookie is created when a developer uses the _setCustomVar method with a visitor level custom variable. This cookie was also used for the deprecated _setVar method. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.7
