We use our Website to communicate with the public and potential customers about our products and services and to take in Personal Data by people and entities who wish to be in touch with us (the “Service”).

This Website Privacy Policy (hereafter the “Privacy Policy”) is the basis of all Data Processing we will perform with the Personal Data you provide to us through this website www.pitechplus.com and its domains and all the URL addresses that could replace it in the future (hereinafter the “Website”), as well as all the searches you make on this website and/or every use of the Website by any operator connected to the Website (hereinafter the “User”, “you”, “your”).

To keep it simple, we did not add a definition section in this Privacy Policy, therefore all the capital terms shall have the same meaning as stated in the GDPR.

Please also note that this Privacy Policy only applies to the use of your Personal Data carried out thought this Website only.

Pitech Plus will process in secure conditions and only for the purposes specified herein Personal Data disclosed by the Users or collected through this Website.

Pitech Plus is a consulting group that offers a wide range of services that cover IT&C software development and business know-how.

Pitech Plus is the Data Controller responsible for your Personal Data processed via this Website.

We will retain your Personal Data until you withdraw your consent or after 3 years without any contact initiated by you.

4. Information you are sharing with us through the contact form for recruitment purposes

A) Why do we collect this data?

When you are submitting a spontaneous application through Contact Form (tab “Career”), we are collecting your Personal Data in order to assess your profile and its adequacy with respect to vacancies and positions at Pitech Plus.

B) What data do we collect?

The Personal Data may include, but is not limited to:

  • Identification data: First and last name;

  • Contact information including email address;

  • Life related data: curriculum vitae, including your picture, your age and/or gender if you provide it to us, your education, employment history and information relating thereto that you may provide to us.

  • Other information relevant to potential recruitment to Pitech Plus.

We will use your e-mail address to send a confirmation e-mail, but your e-mail will not be stored in our database unless you express your consent in consideration of the following.

If your application meets actual needs, we will use your phone number and e-mail address to contact and schedule an interview and also to communicate you the outcome of the interview.

C) How long do we keep this data?

Due to the large number of applications we receive, we might not always be able to reply to your application if you are not selected for the job. In this case, subject to your consent we will keep your resume in our database so we can contact you in the future if we have an available job that we think you are right for.

Your Personal Data will be used for recruitment purposes only and will be stored in our electronic database for a maximum of 2 years after receiving your application.

5. On which legal basis do we process your Personal Data?

We will only use your Personal Data based on a valid legal basis. It is necessary for us to use your Personal Data:

Pitech Plus is a company member of the Webhelp Group, thus in order to provide you with the best service, we sometimes need to share your Data within the Webhelp group including to affiliates established outside the EU. In some cases, we can share your Data with third parties, especially with our technical or commercial partners established inside and outside the European Union. We will share your Personal Data only with partners demonstrating sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures to respect your rights and keep your Personal Data safe.

  • In case of selling or purchase of one of our entities or goods, we can share your contact details to the potential seller or purchaser of these entity or goods;

  • If we or all of our goods are acquired by a third party, all the contact details we store will be therefore transferred;

7. Where do we store your Personal Data and do we transfer them outside of the EU/EEA?

Any information you provide us is stored on our secure servers. Your Personal Data is stored in Romania (Webhost details information?).

As a member of the Webhelp Group which has an international exposure, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy we may need to transfer, and process internationally certain types of your Personal Data as listed above, notably throughout the Webhelp Group and to the jurisdictions in which those entities are based, as listed on Webhelp website [link to Webhelp Legal Hub - entity listing]. This means that when we process your Personal Data we may process it in any of these countries.

As a result, your information may be transferred to and/or processed in countries that are not considered by the European Data Protection Authorities to provide adequate protection to Personal Data or may not guarantee the same level of protection for Personal Data as the country in which you reside. However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Data will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This includes adhering to Webhelp Binding Corporate Rules (in accordance with art. 47 GDPR, available here – link to WH legal Hub – BCR), or implementing the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (article 46 GDPR) and other measures required under the applicable laws for transfers of your Personal Data between our group companies, and with our partners and other suppliers, which require all group companies to protect Personal Data that they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection law or from other jurisdictions in accordance with the applicable laws and which cannot be less favorable to Data Subjects than the laws and regulations applicable in your country.

Personal Data security measures are set up to ensure an adequate level of security of processed Personal Data, as follows:

  • Pitech Plus has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures, the data being processed in a way that protects against unauthorized or illegal processing and against loss, destruction or accidental damage;

  • Pitech Plus ensures the confidentiality, integrity and continued availability of processing systems and services;

  • Pitech Plus uses security methods and technologies, along with policies applied to employees and work procedures, to protect Personal Data collected in accordance with applicable law;

  • The internal organization and operation rules of Pitech Plus contain regulations on the confidentiality of Personal Data that are processed within the institution;

  • Pitech Plus staff is trained in the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data being processed;

  • Access to databases is only allowed for persons authorized to do so, on a need-to-know basis.

The measures we use to protect your Personal Data are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing it. However, please be aware that no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures that we have in place to safeguard Personal Data will never be defeated or fail, or that those measures will always be sufficient or effective.
