Our client provides innovative indoor and outdoor solutions for over 3,000 hotels, 500,000 rooms in more than 29 countries. Since 2015, Ariane has been one of our long-term partners, and we've worked together to improve customer services with software development for the travel industry.
They needed to enhance long-term efficiency and stability, so we have developed a bespoke software solution by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technologies. Our primary goal was to guarantee the exceptional performance of the software, as it manages a substantial volume of hotel rooms simultaneously, catering to the diverse needs of each guest.
Our Solution
The self-service kiosks placed inside or outside of a hotel integrate all the arrival and departure procedures: guests can skip the front desk entirely using their own device to check in and pick up their key, reducing non-essential face-to-face interaction between staff and guests.
The user experience flow is fully customisable on hotels’ needs and design and can be changed in a matter of minutes for all the hotel kiosks and mobile check-in/out flow.
